So I did a turn and burn day trip to central TX and back to OK today. Ram has to be the best selling truck in Tx. Anyone know the answer? Also saw a few 1st gens too.

Did a trip recently from NW WA to SoCal and back I saw one Ford and two GM's and at least 10 RAM car/RV haulers.

Look at the Mobile Suites forum Ford owners are not #1 anymore like they were 3 years ago when I joined. Mostly RAM's and followed close by GM and not many new Fords.

We live in northeast Texas and in this area Ram dually CTD trucks are everywhere. I call it the dually capital of Texas. Cattle ranching is big here and most Rams have a gooseneck ball in the bed, a gun rack in the back window with a "bull slapper" and/or a cattle prod hanging on it, a cow dog riding on the in-bed tool box, some old hay and a couple of cattle cube feed sacks in the bed and many have a "straight pipe" exhaust. :D Love it!! BTW, my dually doesn't fit in... it's clean and waxed with none of the above "additions".:-laf

Gaining ground in Maine as well, see way more Rams than ever before. Many are carrying service bodies.

Majority with Cummins power and a small amount of gassers.

Utah was loaded on our last trip too. I've never seen more abundance of diesel.
The Big Island of Hawaii was home to predominantly Rams. A few Duramax's but very few Fords.

Well, Bill- you need to get with the program! :D

:-laf Nope, my truck is only a slide-in truck camper hauler and not a ranch work truck with bovine/equine scat tracked in on the floor mats. We do own pasture land and it's mowed, raked, and baled by a neighboring rancher who owns two Ram dually trucks.

Just got back from a trip to Nova Scotia.

Alot of Rams up there. More Dodge & Ram than powerstroke and duramax.
(From what I saw)
Many 12 valves still pulling RV's

You didn't come through Bangor Maine and not stop to visit did you???:D

No, we flew into and out of Hallifax. I wouldn't pass through without seeing you and your Mega.

Had to rent a V6 jeep with a real disappointing slushbox.

Did you slide waaay down in the seat while driving it or simply wait until after dark to go out???

Hey ZMOS,
Just being nosy, saw the Okla and your occupation in your profile. Curious if you're at Sill. Oh, to say on topic, the OL and I weekend hope all around Okla and Northern TX and also noticed a LOT of new and old RAM trucks. Anything from fancy to down in the dirt farm haulers both new and old, old. Kind of makes me feel I too made the right choice. :)
