Ram is up and running , had it towed in to dealer took only a few hours to locate the cause , blown fuse link (fuse 6102076AA) test and replace , NO Charge . I will give them five stars on that one ,dealer was Commonwealth Dogge ,Louisville Ky no hassel sure was glad to get back on the road . will hook up Pac-brake again verry carefully , don't know when Ill get to fix on the yellow connectors will get a tool from Napa if they have one if not ill make one . As for the wifes Trooper it is in the shop now should be fixed by tomarrow or thursday at the latest . Its the pulley on the crank shaft was expanding back and cutting the bolt heads on the oil filter mount and was missalighed causing ware and making a racket at times . I am part def and it was not a sound that I could hear all the time like wifes ears could detect. The bill will come close to 450 parts and labor . So that will not be to hard to take . I want to thank every one for there response to my request for help ,thats how most of us learn how to do things . I don't know if ill put in the guages this week or wait till it cools down , hot as blazes out now in the drive way. Again I want to thank all of you that helped me . Ron In Louisville Ky On the road again.

:D :D :D :D  :D :D

Ron, you've certainly had your share of troubles for quite a while. Glad to hear your up and running again, and that your wife's vehicle will be soon as well. Happier trails :D :D

Boy howdy Ron, I know the feeling. Glad you're back on the prowl. Sorry bout the relocation of wealth from your pocket to the local 5 Star but definitely glad they fixed the problem. They at least did something to earn some of the money. ;)

Thanks for the reply . The five star was no charge to me . Other shop is charging a fair price for parts and labor . I happy with service in both shops . Ron up and running in Louisville Ky :D :D :D

I wish i had a decent DC dealer around here. I am stuck with this tiny dealer in a horrible neighboorhood and there mechanics are BAD to say the least.

Bill Im just guessing but here is info from w/o cause Fuse link Blown Fuse -test and replaced part 610207AA . In the repair manual its in the PDC 30A . I had switched around and put new fuse in but no go when I did it . The new ones I had may have ben bad from the factory ? don't know . Sure glad they found it though . I think some of the fuses are like every thing else some ane good some bad . So I will carry more than enough to try to keep running in fuses and relays . The spair slots will not hold a relay as they have no pins in them relay will jump out first big bump will make up a special box and pad it and bolt it in eng comp near PDC for fuse and relays . The fuse was 2 in PDC 30A hope this helps . Ron up and running in Louisville Ky :D :D :D
