Well I ran the quarter mile for the first time tonight and here is the data for the six runs. I was not happy with my launching but was having a blast trying. So what do you think. I was launching in second gear 4wd at around 2200 rpms. I am thinking that with the six speed skipping gears might be the key.

So are you hooked?

I have met many that resisted the temptation to add too many mods (such thing?) but after they hit the track, it was the final straw!

Sorry Bob i can read them fine but you are the second to tell me it is hard to understand. I took an excel spread sheet and converted it to html. I then opened the sorce code for that document and pasted it into the post. I have no experience writing html as I have never hard a project to learn on.

ANy wqy. I ran the comp on 5x5 for all the runs except for the fifth. I forgot to turn it on at all for the fifth run :(

On the sixth run I missed the 4/5 shift and hit reverse:rolleyes: twice :( so i lost a solid three seconds coasting before I got back on track. I think it would have been my fastest run just by the feel if I had not screwed up. I think the blood sugar was getting low so we bagged and went to dinner.

I was my first time even at a track much less running. Lots of fun:D I can see the addictive nature of it all.

Stacked- i am not at all resistant to more mods but it can't happen now and I want to do it right, turbo, cam are at the top of the list. For daily driving, towing and everything but the track I am dialed in with my engine mods right now. Could not be happier but as for next week:D We will see.

:{ I fear you may be right, dang and I thought I could be happy leaving it a tow rig.

:-laf Bob, you're right. I went racing last Sunday and wound up in a bracket with a bunch of 11 and 12 second cars with electronics and such with my poor ol' smoker LOL It was alot of fun but I sure did get some funny looks
