Ranch Hand bumper and brush guards

A buddy of mine has a 06, 2500. He has found a great deal on a 2005 model ranch hand bumper and brush guard. The question is, is there any difference in the 05 and 06 mounting of the bumper/brush guard or will it have to be modified and if so, what would you have to modify?

My advice would be to call Ranch Hand. They will know.
As a side note (I'm speaking from personal experience. ), be careful about the additional weight you hang on the front of your truck. IMO our front-end components (Ball joints, etc. ) are pretty much maxed out by the 1100 lb. ?? Cummins engine package, so adding another 150-200 lbs. out front like that could be a big deal. Just sayin.
