Hey guys, my Rancho 9000's arrived today and within the next couple weekend's I'll be installing them, I have to do the wife's brakes on her car first, and I have worked 13 day's in a row, so it's hard to find free time lately. My question is what are you guys setting your shocks at? I don't feel like doing to much experimenting trying to find the right setting. Thanks.

Ken

Ken,

Running empty i run them on either 1 or 2, with the camper and trailer i turn them up to 3, slow driving offroad i'll use 4 or 5 to cut down on the sway because of the camper weight ... .....

Are those setting for both front and rear shocks?, I was thinking they would be set differently, being as the front is heavier then the rear.

Hi,

I run the Ranchos on my truck at 2 in the front and 1 in the rear when it is empty. I set the fronts on 3 and rears on 5 with the 33' gooseneck on. I can really tell when I forget to make the changes. It either feels like a marshmellow with the trailer on, or it beats you to death if you forget to turn them back down. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, I am usually running empty but, a few times a year the trailer goes on, Its a older 24' Prowler travel trailer and it weighs as much as the truck.
