Random nostart issue Software?

I was thinking so because aside from the rooster comb there is nothing behind that hole were the switch goes in.
I changed mine as noted three times and aside from making a small mess with ATF each time it went smooth.

oh well, that seems to be my Karma of late, get the .001% of them that get through QC bad....

Well I have more data but no resolution, I'm in south dakota visiting and today its mid 20s with a 30+ mph wind and it's a hard no start. It had been starting pretty well, certainly well enough to live with most of the time just taking a couple key twists to get going, now it's just nothing but the sound of a relay closing but no crank. If it cranks it starts but it doesn't crank reliably especially when cold...

Check the connection from the ECM down to the starter, there are reported problems with that wire chafing on the motor mount.
