Random tie down ?

Looking for some help to find the correct bolt to attach the in bed tie downs. There are four locations to attach to with 2 "bolts" or "screws" but I can't seem to find the correct size/pitch.

My truck didn't come with the tie downs and would like to install some. Ive been to the local Ace to try and match but nothing seemed to thread with ease. I realize the holes might have some junk in them, but I don't want to force anything in if its wrong.

The closest thing I have found that might work is 5/16 - 18 machine screws. Let me know if someone can check.

Yeah I remember some metrics being close too, I might go back to the hardware store again today....

If there is a threaded hole in the bed it will definitely be metric, there haven't been any inch size fasteners on the Rams since about 98. I would check mine but it had sprayed in liner. bg

I had given up for a while it seemed like it should be metric when I was testing but nothing fit. Its good to know it will be metric. Going to the store soon I think, although it just started snowing again....
