Installed raptor fuel pump last night. Used the factory in tank basket minus the factory lift pump. Also installed 1/2" big lines. My question is, how do I know if the regulator is properly adjusted. As of right now its still set where it was from the factory. Everything seems to be fine and truck runsgood. Can anyone tell me the best/easiest place topull power for the raptor is that is Not hot when the key is turned to auxiliary.

That would definitely have been the smart thing to do and I believe its what I will do. Can't believe I didn't think of that but somehow it never crossedmy mind. Thanks for bringing it yo my attention. Anyone know about adjusting the regulator?

They have gone through a couple of design changes over the years, but usually there is an adjuster on the front of the unit. You loosen the nut ( I think its 10mm) Make sure the bottom one doesn't turn!! and adjust the center with a straight edge screw driver left or right depending on if you need less or more fuel psi

I believe the Raptors come set 15psi out of the box. That's where you want to be (12-15psi). You'll need a FP guage to determine for sure what you got flowing (before messing w/ the regulator).

Yep it's loud ,I've had mine on for 2 years now and just use to the whine . I wouldn't mind stepping down to a 100 series pump.
