Pump isn’t running at all. 0 psi on gauge.

I have power through the fuse, and into relay but none out and none at the pump itself. Anyone have any idea what I should look for? No one in town has a 50A/30A relay so I had to order it but I’m not convinced that’s it. The fuse had popped last night so I replaced it and there is still nothing. It ran fine when I pulled it into the garage for the 2009 steering box/pump upgrade.

I have checked everything I can thing of connection wise and all the fuses in the box are good. I have hardwired it to the battery and there is still nothing out of the relay.

2003 crewcab longbed 2500 has aftermarket intake horn, cold air intake and this Raptor pump. No boxes.

The coil is in the relay. The coil connects to the wires you put on the battery. You say no power to the pump, how did you test this, meter, test light ?

Using your meter on Ohm's, remove the two wires you ran at the battery. Put one meter probe on the disconnected wire and the other probe on the other wire. Do not touch these two connections with your hands as you may read the resistance of your body. If the coil is good you will get a reading, no reading is an open coil or defective relay base (the part the relay plugs into). Abad base is not common but can happen.

No reading. It said O.F the before during and after touching the wires.

This is a diagram of a retrofit on 2nd gens that did not come with a relay, hopefully yours is similar.

85 and 86 are your coil connections (the two wires you ran to the battery ?) When it gets 12vdc it energizes pulling the contacts to connect 30 to 87 to run the pump. You can ohm one of the coil wires to the base either 85 or 86, there should be continuity on one of those. Do the same with the other wire and you should have continuity on the other number. This will verify the base as good/bad. Match the relay pins to the base and ohm across those pins of the relay to verify it is bad.

New relays same problem. Power in fuse box through 15A fuse into raptor harness, into and out of raptor 25A fuse and holder, power into relay (red wire) nothing on any of the other three wires and nothing at raptor pump.

I do have the p0628 code present when I run the codes.

I am not real familiar with 3rd gens but if it is like 2nd (I assume it is). Are you still hot wired to 85 and 86 for the coil ?

So the Tan (85) and black (86) are your coil wires, energized from the ECM or in your test Go to the Battery. When it energizes 30 (the fused red) closes to 87 (Yellow) to power the pump.
