Has anybody used a RASP with a Walbro in lieu of stock lift pump. It would be nice to lose the stock pump and also have it back on the frame for more accessibilty. A RASP with a Walbro backup??

I was trying to get a RASP to use as a primary and keep the fass as a backup. Dropped the idea since they are not readily available. I started a thread asking for user opinions on Glacier's version, got no replies.

Went to plan "B". .

Set up a stock pump back by the tank with its own pickup tube as a backup unit, that can be switched over to (should be able to switch over without getting hands dirty). Game over.

upgraded fuel pumps, some separate air out , and some have filters. The stock set-up does not supply sufficient amount and pressure of fuel at even stock HP levels. a big line and pump relocation kit is about $130 and will make support 350HP and still have decent pressure.
