What has happened to the TDR Forums???

Something wierd is happening with this thread. I subscribed to it from the begining, but it was dormant for a while. A couple of post brought it to the top and I end up getting 5 to 8 subscription notices in my e-mail of the same person who recently posted! But when I try to link to it via one of the many notifications I am unable to read the replys. Any one else experiencing multiple notifications from this thread?

I can understand that as it happens often, but is there a glitch that would cause me to recieve multiple notifications of the same person replying? It has happened to me on other subscribed threads to the tune of 2 or 3 multiples, but this one would send me 7 or 8!

Don't get me wrong, I am not worried about it as I just delete them any way after reading responses, but did not know if it is an issue or that you may not even be aware that it is happening.

Thanks- frank.

Oops - I guess I'm tired (been up all night). I edited your post rather than replying. Here's what I posted:

I believe you get notifications when someone edits their response as well. Probably someone was going in and editing the message multiple times. I an't see any way with how the software runs that it would send out multiple emails for one post unless it happened out in cyberspace somewhere.

Thanks for the reply. I never thought that someone editing thier own post would cause a notification. That 'splains alot!

Keep up the good work! it is appreciated! and... get some rest there!
