I may be wrong... but if I remember right it's 60-89- 90degrees. They are torque to yield bolts. IF they hit 120, you'd be very very lucky. I wouldn't try and retorque them, you may end up having a bad day. If you are concerned, I would save up a bit and get a set of 12mm studs from Haisleys, and a long bottoming tap and install studs. Then you can torque them to 120 and have no issues with a recheck. If you install the studs now, I would follow the torque pattern, remove 1, install and torque, remove 2, repeat... etc.

Normally guys the folks that retorque their head have o-rings installed. By doing a retorque they can help the wire push farther into the firering thus improving seal..... With stock bolts and no o-rings I would be very careful of doing a retorque.

Guess I'll save my self the hassle then, and work on my new little project, a 90 Furd Bronco II that I traded a case of beer for Oo. New huntin rig It's 2wd though so gonna weld the spider gears can yo say Lincoln Lock!
