RE: VE pump video.. it has not...

Fella's, I really should apologize for not having the VE pump video done as originally thought.

I can't fault the "techy" guy, he's offerred more than once... . I have not been able to hook up camera(s) operator(s) someone with video editing knowledge, shop time, and all sorts of other things. . health included. .

In short, I haven't gotten it done... ... ..... yet... ... but I don't give up too easy so ride with me a while longer on this one.

In fact I think it is almost a good thing. I have learned a fair bit more over the last few months. Some from trying to stuff the VE manual into my ear, some from a local shop/owner, some from you guys... . you know who you are... ... . both in Canada, and across the 49th... . thank you all... . for sharing you're ideas, thoughts, results and experiments.



To make the point, we're now trying to better the 400 RWHP record... . that's alot more than the 300'ish back when I started planning this video...

I was at Vigor Diesel today to get parts for my planned rebushing of the throttle shaft... he had one of our pumps on the bench and walked me through taking the cover off. There is no substitute for hands on, though I will get a copy of the video when available, It was great be able to do everything on the bench before attempting it on my truck. I will post my experience doing it(assuming I am succesfull when I'm done,and if I could figure out how to make my picture files smaller(and how to post pictures for that matter)) I would include them with the script... .
