Curtis, those are the ones. Does anyone know "the rest of the story"? If that's a boat launch it looks pretty raw, not even paved.

For a day of fun and laughs, visit the government locks in Seattle and watch the boats transition from Lake Washington to Pudget Sound and back. I have seen so many guys get turned around, become "side ways", break ropes and other things so unimaginable it is hard to believe. All for free.

I was a vol. at Callville Bay, Lake Mead for many many years. I seen many dumb things. Once A guy came out buy himself with his brand new Jet boat. Chrome everything, 454 motor with blower, very nice boat. I talk to him while he waited to launch. He got it in the water ok, but he left his brains in his truck. He pulls away from the dock and goes to adjust the idle. He snaped the throttle, it was in gear, he went over the the motor into the water. His boat went 35 feet on land and ran into the dock. To top it off he was wanted in Cal. Of all the bad luck.

Oh my Jey boats do they require you to check your brains at the door before buying one. you guys brought back two of the funniest stories.

I was hanging out on Lake Lewisville listening to a band that set-up on a big party barge pretty cool Memorial or Labor day weekend party. A nut in a jet boat decides it would be cool to spray everyone with a huge rooster tail. Well once was not enough second time around a guy fires up his own boat to chase these guys down. The nuts in the jet boat were so worried about spraying the idiot chasing them they ran straight up on a penisulas about 75 feet. Both were escorted home by a man in blue.

Second goof loads his boat in Austin had cut in front of about a dozen people and exghaust screaming he loads his boat. Fires up his big bad Chevy 4X4 and guns the engine and takes off out of the parking lot in mid burn-out boat comes off trailer and comes to rest in middle of road. Guess who also got an escort home that night?
