The point of this topic is to point out the LACK of objective news reporting we get now a days. While the talking heads{our major networks} were milking this election for everything it was worth,do you think they would have ever given out those statistics?I DON'T THINK SO!

You are right on the head there Crazy One. Our news media couldn't find their butts with both hands. Rural America has always been Republican territory though. And the overall vote layout did show that during election coverage. The only strong Gore camps were around major metro areas. There were also strong Democratic voting around the trade union areas,Detriot,ect.
I'm of the opinion that if this election does not serve as a wakeup call to the people nothing will. WE NEED A THIRD PARTY and one that does not pander to any special intrest group!!!!

We need to wake up Rural America or we will really have BIG problems in the future. The people in these cities can't run this country or we're in trouble. Now is the time to contact your legislators,congressman,and senators to start undoing what Clinton has screwed up. And thats just the beginning. It makes me sick to see all these roads closed up that used to provide hunters with access into the backcountry woods. We're wintering in South Carolina and every old logging road is closed with a gate,in national forest land. The people only allow this to happen if they don't voice thier opinions. Start NOW and ride em. Get friends and relitives involved.
