ready to start bombing but have some ?'s

i want to start bombing my truck but i am affraid of two things. first and for most the trans. what kind of upgrades sould i get for it? second transfer case. i really havent herd to much about them but i am really leary of the alumminum case. this is what i plan to do get a set of 275 injectors, 4" straight pipe and thats about it other than some cosmetic things. as in my sig i already have the banks power kit. any suggestions would help out.

the 275HP injectors are only for the 24valve Cummins.



you need to look at 370 marine injectors or something else.

ok took muffler + cat off. i think it sounds sweeet!! i think i woke up the neighborhood when i left for work this moning. now how illeagel is it with no muffler or cat? just curiouse. i am now itching to get the 4" pipe.

If your transmission is automatic (sig doesn't say) you should get hold of Bill K. before getting too much power for it.

ok got the trans deal figured out. now power wize. what size injectors should i go with? 215, 300, 370 now the truck is already at about 300 hp and 700 ftlbs. what would be the wize choice right now? what about adding a cam plate also? o and how hard would it be to put the torque converter on? sorry lots of questions

Changing the TC is easy. Taking the trans out and putting it back so you can change the TC is NOT easy. Check this thread:

Do gauges first then go with a TST #11 plate that 285hp and 680 Torque? If you have a 5speed you already have 215 injectors, go with 370s. But DO the gauges 1st dont melt your motor. Oops I guess you have an aut trans
