hey for what its worth got my new truck 6/2 bougyh it in nj back in ny at dealer to p/u r/fender liners owner checks out my truck and tells me i'm lucky to have gotten the h/o

because he hade just gotten a memo from d/c it seems ny has just joined mass. ca. maine for cal emissions and you can't an get an h/o in nys anymore don't know if its true you guys waiting to order an 04 may want to find an 03 on the lot he said if its on the lot he can still sell it but can't get em in 04 fyi:--) :{

I had the same problem . I posted on the other 3rd gen forum last week. I went in to order an 04 before they doctor them for the federal regs. staring on Jan. 04. Dealer said no HO's in N. Y. . I ended up buying an 03 leftover. Pic it up tomorrow

I got my HO auto 4x4 2500 on 6-18-2003. I live on longisland NY and I have not heard of any thing about federal regs.

you know, i still find it really funny that maine has some of the most restrictive emissions. only one county has emissions testing, the others don't. and if you know the economy up north, you'd realize how stupid it is

The PR people at Chrysler havn't announced any facts or figures for the 04's yet. Hopefully in two weeks!!!!!

Good thing I got my 03 HO!!! Do you think our HO's will be worth more $ in NY since you won't be able to get them any more???
