2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Really bad day...

Yesterday my A/C quit before this weekends trip, today, a new evaporator under the extended warranty. However, on the way home, heavy traffic, rain, no ABS brakes, traffic stopped fast, Get the picture... What a drag, Now I need a new bumper, grill, headlights, core support, A/C condensor, trans cooler, Inter cooler, Radiator, and hopefully no frame work. At least no paint work from what I see. Just a HUGE hurt ego... . I quess I will get my sport headlights now!!!!!!maybe a new sport front end. . hm,mmmm... I already asked, and she said I can't just get an 03..... bummer

Hope you get it fixed right, and quickly, so you can be back on the road enjoying that truck.



I've had close calls more times than I can count when people are playing "cut off the truck" in traffic only to have to stop abruptly as soon as they enter my lane. I usually dive off in the emergency lane to miss them and then get back in front of them when the traffic starts moving again. Done it probably 25-30 times in the last year.



Best of luck on the repair. It's a good opportunity to UPGRADE anything you can!

Yeah, I am considering a Sport front end, defiantly Sport headlights, I have been wanting to do those anyway, just not this way.....

Sorry to hear about your troubles - bad luck finds us all at some point. Hope some good comes from it - at least no injuries!
