Ok heres what im thinking about doing. My girlfriends house is on a street that has about 10 cars come down it a minute (more cars than a normal side street) The incident happen at her house saturday night. I was thinking about getting a survalence camera hooking it up in my truck and set my truck up PERFECT for them. Anyone know where i can get a survalence camera that would work in my truck? I was also thinking about calling up a cop i know and telling him about the situation and set-up my truck so they can do something then have him sitting at the end of the street in an unmarked car waiting. Ill 2 way him on my nextel and he can stop them right away... . Either that or i was thinking about just waiting for these &(*#&) to do something meanwhile im be in my truck and when i happens i will chase there little pos GM grand am and ram into it and a stop light or somehow disable there car.

IF you are going to go on the offensive, do subitle things. Loc-tite in door locks. Honey on Windshield wipers with a muddy (pick your mud 
) hand print in the middle. 1 gallon of Rubbing alcohol in the gas tank will do wonders for a fuel injected car. Potato in the tailpipe. Do things that are easy to do in a parking lot and easy to walk away from without being seen. Fish under the drivers seat..... etc.

I think your getting in over your head. Yes these guys are jerks but do you want to go to jail just to "Get even" Crashing your truck into their car will get you that.
I would setup a camera at your house and maybe your g/f's house. Then park the truck there they keep bashing. Leave it out for a few nights.
Report EVERYTHING to the police. Eventually they will start cruzin by your house a ton of times a night.
Next time you have a party put a security light outside tuned to turn on when somebody walks in. They usualy make models that have 2 lights. Wire one light to turn on inside or buzz an alarm so you can check on everybody walking near the cars.
If they try to do something like they tried to do w/ your friend stop and beat tactic just put it in reverse and back up if possible. If not avoid em. If you cant do that Mow em down.
Even better just have your friend go buy a beater POS and park your trucks somewhere safe and let em trash that thing while reporting it to the cops..... around here a beater can be had for 200 or 300 bucks and then when your done sell it. Not like you can loose $$

They have violated your rights, made you and your friends the victums, and in the process have taken your rights and doubled theirs. If you do get caught beating the snot out of them, or any other form of vengance. You will be in more trouble than they would have been for doing the same thing. Very rarely does the aggressor that gets the crap kicked out of him/her go to jail. Usually the one who defended themselves and comes out with out a mark on them does.

How about being a little passive-aggressive?
If you know his name, number, etc, place a personal ad in his name highlighting his "alternative lifestyle", maybe using his parent's phone number. This might backfire on you though if he knows your group is his only enemy.
Is your buddy a good friend or just an aquaintance? If it's the latter, he should of stood up and been a man and fought his own battles rather than letting this drag on and eventually involve you.
Back in university we had a guy in our group of friends that would always run off his mouth to people, especially when out bar hopping etc. Somehow after he ran off his mouth enough he ended up back with us with some real agitated people coming to confront him. After a few times of this and having to back him up we told him the next time he's on his own. 2 weeks later we were out on the town again and he ticked off the wrong guy and expected us to back him up. Anyhow, after we felt he got beat up enough in the 10 seconds it took the other guy to break his nose, bust a tooth, and give 2 black eyes, we jumped in and broke the lop-sided fight up. To further rub salt in his wounds he thought he was a real player with the ladies, but since his face was mangled he never had any dates for 3 months or so. After all that, he became the most humble guy ever. Go figure.

It is illegal in most circumstances to carry a loaded firearm in your vehicle. In 22 years of driving no one has ever searched my vehicle. Take that for what it's worth. I would rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6. Violence is Always the last resort. Use your head, but watch your back. Stay clear as much as possible. Guys like this usually have so many problems that it doesn't take long for them to move to their next dead end.

Well this whole week i have stayed away from my group of friends. I pretty much have been with my girlfriend all week and i had to stay home and bring things from my old room to my new one. Tonight im going out with them but were going to the drag strip. A girls car who got hit told me the police know it was this guys because people got his liscense plates and everything. SO i guess this mean i really dont have to worry about my truck anymore because if something happens i will go right to them and have them arrest him. The girl told me they are giving him 5 days to fess up and if not there sending detectives to his house which is good because the girl is also ratting him out on the whole coke issue. .

right after high school my freind got married eventually had a duaghter. Partners in a very sucessful business. He had never been in any type of trouble with the police or school, not even a traffic ticket.
One night some idiot breaks into his house and starts roaming around. My freind grabs a baseball bat, find the guy starting to enter his daughters room and cracks him upside the head. the idiot wakes up after the police are onsite. He is asked if he would like to press assault charges on my freind, of course he says yes.
My freind had to do 3 yrs for aggravated assult the idoit was fined for simple tresspass. My freind lost his share of the business, as a convicted felon he could not find work anywhere, lost his family through a divorce.
imo laws protect the idoits and you are guilty until you can buy your way innocent. best to call the police to every iccedent, capture everything on tape, call the local press and share the video with them.

The situation you referred to may have went south if he hadn't have done what he did. Just say the bangers were going to "bust a cap" in him and he didn't take the shot. They may have killed him we have no way of knowing how it would have turned out.

Sounds like a bad deal all the way around. I know if you were my son and truly had a "problem" like this, you would not have to worry about it long..... you may need to bring my TDR to the county jail for me. But I'd take care of it for ya

my question is what am i supposed to do if these idiot pull up next to me and start throwing **** at my truck or shoot at my truck. WTH am i supposed to do. I had a close encounter yesturday when i was driving and i saw the actual kid wjo is the center of this whole ordeal. Right away he recongnized my truck then he weaved in and out of traffic but he saw i had 3 buddies in my truck and turned right away. my friends wanted me to slow down but i didnt... I DONT WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN THIS STUFF... I made it clear to everyone. I said the cops are involved now. . They know he screwed up this girls car and now i guess there giving him 5 days to fess up or hes gonna get arrested, i guess they sent dectectives to his house. . The girl also told me shes telling the cops he deals coke... I hope he gets arrested and this will be over... hopefully i dont get jumped,killed or my truck gets screwed with...
