bought truck with 100k, on it. Replaced LP and installed pusher pump at 105k. Have had no problems for 60k. But recently it started taking longer and longer to get truck to fire up. Every thing else is fine, truck runs fine after it starts. Fuel pressure still ok at about 14 idle 7or8 going down the road. I have changed the fuel filter and bled injectors. no codes, just dosen't want to crank. How should I go about trouble shooting this problem. Thanks for any advice.

I would get your battery's tested first and make sure they are putting out the same amount of amps and if not that I would recommend getting starter contacts installed. Someone one here should have a link to a guy on the TDR site that sells the contacts cheap. Chris

I should have been more clear, the truck turns over fine, it just won't fire off. I defenitely think it is a fuel problem, but would be tickled to find out it's not.

try bumping the starter, wait 10 secs then crank her again. this will get the fuel pressure up.

Otherwise, it could be a failing crank/cam sensor. Try doing a code check on it (ignition on and off 3 times). Does your tach jump at all when running?

good luck
