Where is a good place to get longer U-bolts for the rear axle. Am sure someone in town can make or has them just not sure what type of businesses to look for that might have them.



I have the Kore Chase and it came with new u bolts but I also have traction bars that mount there as well. The Kore ones work fine for that however I want to add back my upper overload springs for the heavy gooseneck and they are just a bit short for that. So I need to get some approx an inch longer.
 
Rocky Mountain Spring and Suspension Down here in colorado springs makes u bolt to size and length. But almost any spring shop should be able to do it for you.

Where ever you go for the ubolts, think grade 8. :)



I bought mine here in Crestwood, Il. Grant spring did all my big truck spring work. :cool:

Mark made me longer ones to acomadate the pads for my Calvert bars. :D

i paid $30 for two pair of you bolts.
