need advice in removing rear bench seat, am interested in adding sound matt on rear of cab input appreciated

Four bolts in the lower rear corners of the floor on a small hump on each side is all the seat is secured with. Metal tabs slip off a bracket of the top of the seat back as you remove it. Might want a second pair of hands as the seat is bulky but one person can do it easily.

Installation is the reverse. Just be particuler the seat back tabs slide behind the brackets.

BigFun described it perfectly. I did this about a month ago and it couldn't have been easier. I did it by myself and it is not a struggle weight-wise. It is MUCH easier to "navigate" the seat back into position with two people.

seat removal

Removed my rear seat 5 years ago and put up that bubble foil that they put arould hot water tanks it sure cut the cold from coming in. Also ordered the back cab cover ( wrong terminology) for single cabs. Theorizyed that the cabs would be the same for quad and regular cabs. Worked great to cover the foil just drilled some 1/8" holes into the stand off tin and screwed in 4 s/s 1" #10 screws with fender washers. :)
