I did it, and I think you will be better off getting the parts from Dodge to get the '02 parts for the rear disk. I have a list of the parts needed. It don't show the hub and I think you might need new hubs because of the outside of the diamerter of the opening of the rims. There are 2 stages to the places where the hub meets the brake drum and the rim. If you put the rim back on without the drum, it tries to wedge on to the other step-up and the rimm will be stuck. This happened to me and I had to ream out the rim opening till it cleared. Anyway, I was told the parts list for the OEM conversion was $100 less than the EGR kit. .
