If the clips are missing, you can find them at Dodge. I believe NAPA may have them. And I'd replace the cables, at least the back two. They always seem to stick.

I am calling Napa tomorrow to see and ck about getting new cables i really want those emergency brakes to hold, i know most places that do inspections don't even worry about them on truck cause of heat, and them being so big usually you can fix and they won't work anyways, i think new cables is the answer to mine which in turn the clips should hold.
 
E Brake Hardware

If I remember correctly the brake "kits" I got for that job had replacement clips and such with it. I got them at NAPA but don't have a part number. My old cables were seized up from salt and unuse. I set the brake all the time now to keep everything moving freely.
