Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
My rear brakes have locked up since Ive had my truck.
Taking the drums off and cleaning helped but only for a short while.
heavy towing and hard use helped also.
The problem has been gone now for 5 mo ever since I was caught in a heavy rain storm and flood on the way home from work one night (above the floor boards)
Just thought Id pass that on. I think what it means is the drums aernt vented well enough the get rid of brake dust.
