Need chrome rear bumper 2001 3500. Any brands recommended? See different ones on eBay. Looking for bumper, brackets, and pads. There was a bunch of OEM on eBay for about 430 but to late now all gone. Thanks.

All the re-chrome shops in the DFW metro-mess have closed. My body shop guy said there are rumors of a couple in the LA area, but shipping might be prohibitive from your East coast location. I think the pads and brackets are still available from Dodge dealers.

Might look in Hemmings Motor News classifieds, since our vehicles are approaching Classic/Antique status.

Check LMC Truck. Bought mine there a few years back, went with their high quality chrome (I think that's what they called it?) nice fit and still looks great. Before I installed it I taped off all the holes, scuffed the backside and undercoated it. They have all the hardware too.

My LMC body parts came in boxes marked Taiwan but had “Made in USA” stickers on all the components inside. Confusing to say the least.

Fey / Westin bumper I read reviews on said it rusted in first year. 4 others say great who knows. OEM is 650 + with brackets

I'll have to look to be sure but I think I have a new 97 2500 rear bumper. I know I have the front one but might have the rear one also.

I bought a Chrome rear bumper from Ebay about 4 years ago. I remember it was less than half the price of what "The Bumper Boys" would charge me. It was CCC, (Cheap Chinese Crap). However, it fit perfectly, was the same thickness as OEM and has held up well.

YMMV

Found it and the front bumper. Had them in the shipping container for years in case I ever needed to replace the ones on my 97. Came off a new truck at work so they are in like new condition.
I am in the Okla. Panhandle.

found MOPAR dealer where I get bumper brackets and plastic license plate holder with lights for just under 400 shipped. No top pads but mine are good and I repainted them black.
