I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the Reunel's only offer those bumper options for the Ford E-350 bumpers.

However I think Denver Off Road makes a version, and Road Armor has one with a swing away tire carrier. The Road Armor is pictured below, but I don't have a picture of the DOR version.

Denver Off Road does or at least did make one. I would give Layne a call. His rear bumper is pretty sweet I just havent got the pennies to spring for one.

I believe the fellow that made Andy Perreault's bumper passed away. I contacted Andy when I was trying to copy that one and I think thats what he said. I was able to purchase everything to make my own from a place called 4x4iron.com. I'm not certain, but I think that guy is out of business also. If you look around on the www you'll find places that sell HD bumper parts like the swing away parts (usually 2-ton trailer spindles). I'm sure somebody is selling the channel as well (usually 8"x3" square tube). Then weld it or have somebody weld it and you can make exactly what you want. I have swinging spare tire and fuel can/Hi-Lift carriers, two imbedded 55w flood lights and a medium duty 2" receiver. I have around $400 invested in the unit.
