Rear bumper with storage

It seems to me that I've seen step bumpers that have storage in them, but I can't remember who makes them.
Does anyone have one of these? Are they sealed well? How strong are they compared to a regular step bumper?

I just ordered a front bumper from Denver Offroad. In a conversation I had with him he stated that they now make a rear storage bumper out of Aluminum. He said it seals ok and NO RUST. But the price OUCH! #ad
Lets say just under $1500.
