Rear center headrest

I have asked this question before I have tried to remove it with no luck. Are there a tricks used that I have just not tried. pics or video would be great

On my 1500 it comes out by pressing the little button on the base piece and pulling up.

Depress both buttons on the collars on top of the seat back, and raise the headrest. You may need a second set of hands if the headrest has not been moved in a while.

Note, on at least some trucks it's a different, smaller button than the one you normally use to adjust height. Yes, three hands are helpful.

On my 2012 crew cab, if I lift up the seat bottom, it will tip the back of the seat forward a bit. I found that to help in removing my center head rest. Yes, a third hand would be helpful, but I can do it myself.
