I have asked this question before I have tried to remove it with no luck. Are there a tricks used that I have just not tried. pics or video would be great

Depress both buttons on the collars on top of the seat back, and raise the headrest. You may need a second set of hands if the headrest has not been moved in a while.
On my 2012 crew cab, if I lift up the seat bottom, it will tip the back of the seat forward a bit. I found that to help in removing my center head rest. Yes, a third hand would be helpful, but I can do it myself.
