Rear cross member

My 04. 5 Ram CTD 2500 came W/O the "tow package" and an aftermarket hitch (class IV) receiver was bolted on the rear cross member. Would I see much of an increase in towing capacity if I swap this out for a cross member/hitch receiver combo that was original equipment from Dodge?
