Not sure if I am calling this by the correct name but does anyone know where I can get the pins that go between the wheel cylinder and the brake shoe or have a part number? They don't come with the wheel cylinders. Also have done some reading on it but can I convert to 3" brake shoes from 2.5" on a 91 W250 single wheel?
Thanks

Try the hardware kits for the brakes and see if the actuator pins are in them. Yes, you can put the 3" brake shoes in if you have the wider drums. You also upgrade the wheel cylinder to larger one.

No pins in the hardware kits that I have found. Got a mopar number from the dealer today but they are discontinued so trying to find some online.
So if I had 2.5 drums will I have to go back all 2.5"? I did get 1 1/8 wheel cylinders to go back in.

Measure the inside of the drum to see if the 3" shoes will work. It will be obvious if it is the 2.5 drum. Most of these trucks had the 6l rear axle that would take the 3" brakes but prior to 91 it was a mix on the 250's if they got the bigger pieces.

Think I got everything figured out Raybestos part number H1418 is a package of 1. Local O Reilly's had 1 but at least know what I can order now. Rockauto lists them also. I got a mopar part number also but they are discontinued. Got the drums figured out also they are 3" just had outer 1/2 lip of the drum long gone from rust.
