I have developed a rear end bounce. While towing at 55/57 and over 62 while empty.

My Bilsteen shocks have about 10k mileson them. When I get home I'll have time to unbolt and check them.

Balancing the tires helps but does anyone know a good way to balance duallies with a inner tire vaLVE extension?

The RR spring has a bad front bushing . The bolt is tight but there is play as the bolt can move back and forth.

Any suggestions/ideas?

I was a tire guy for many years. Dually's weren't one of my favorite things. If this vibration has developed, as in it wasn't there but now it's rearing its ugly head, is it possible that a tire could be separating? The valve extension really shouldn't be a major problem on an assembly of this weight. It helps if the outer stem is opposite the inner one. As an at home check, you could jack up the truck and securely, VERY securely block it off the ground and put it in gear with a helper operating the accelerator. If there is noticable runout in any of the tires this is more than likely your problem. Now, you can start with this wheel. As a start you could deflate and spin the tire 180 degrees, reinflate and rebalance. If you can find a shop with a Hunter roadforce balancer they could definitely pinpoint your problem if it's tire or rim related. Hope this is of some use to you. I DESPISE vibrations also! Oh, I don't think it has anything to do with your shocks.

Thanks, I didn't think the Bilsteins should be a problem. My firt task is to get Dodge to put on a new RR spring as the front bushing is bad.

I was running a EZ Edge chip and after I disconected it a lot of the shaking went away. It was really noticable as the engine loaded down just befor it would shift out of OD. i was thinking my clutch was slipping or the diff was slipping in the clutches.
