The last two weekends I have been hauling hay and have noticed that after driving down the highway and then pull off into town when I make slow speed turns I can hear and feel the rear end grabbing. I had a total of about 20,000lbs GVW, and about 6,000lbs on the rear axle. My truck has a limited slip, but should it act like this. It feels as if the inside tire doesn't want to turn slower. I am just wondering if there is something going wrong in my rearend.

Thanks for any help,

Joe

If you have a long bed, crawl underneth when it is loaded. You will notice the front part of the 2pc driveshaft aims down, the back part aims up. I cured mine by adding air lift bags from summit racing and a pump to add air. I run 60 lbs when loaded and the launch shudder is completely gone. Just measure the unloaded height and raise it to that height when loaded.
