Rear End Leaking Seal

95 2500 Std Cab has a slow leak rear pinon shaft seal.

Wear in the seal area. (. 005-. 010 Deep)

New shaft or is there a fix?

seems this is posted in the wrong forum...



but... how about just polishing up the shaft and just installing a new seal??? some fine emery cloth to get the big gouges out then some crocus cloth to polish it up...
