Rear End Question

Greetings one and all,



Trying to find out what gear ratio my rear end is .



I went under the truck to look for I. D no. or ratio cant find a tag or any other I. D. markings on rear end.



Does anyone know how I can go about finding my ratio?

You can go to the dealer/parts department and give them you vin #. They can give you a build sheet with that info. It will also tell you what day of the week it was made, and other good info.

Or you could post your rpm @ 70mph or you could pm me your vin

You could also rotate the tire one rev. and count the turns on the driveshaft.

Just another reason to keep paying for the tdr membership. I don't do a lot of heavy work on my truck but everything I have tried to do has worked out great because of all the great posts and help from others on this great site.
