It looks Like the welds on my rear fenders are starting to poke through the paint a bit. I cant tell if its rust or what. There arnt any dents or dings inside or out on the bed just what looks like spot welds starting to poke through the paint on both rear fenders. Is Any one els having this problem on an 02 or older P/up and is I covered under the 100k perforation Warranty
