Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Rear rotor source

I have an 2001. 5, went to replace brake pads, and found the rear ds caliper is frozen, ate the inside of the rotor down to about 1/16th". Scary, rest of the pads were fine. No signs of trouble but a slight vibration in rear under braking I know this is a dealer part, does anyone have a good source on these? Thought I read around $400?
