Rear spring Ubolts shot

Hi,
1995 2500 TDR pretty much stock with the Rear Spring Clamp bolts rusted to much to continue use.
I need 4 Spring Clamp bolts. These Spring Clamp Bolts are 3" on the inside (spring width?) and 12-1/2" to 13 " from the spring seat to the end of the bolt.(Is this a stock length or has somebody put in a lift kit??)

Any offroad shop can either order them or some have the ability to make them right there .Also big truck shop's can get them .
