Rear Sway Bar (again?)

Is the Hellwig that JC Whitney sells worth it or is there something else out there? I noticed that the listing they have is for 1500 or 2500's and a seperate one for the 3500's. I know my Dana 70 is different from the 9 1/4 in the half ton. Just need more info!

Mike, three years back I bought a Hellwig sway bar kit from Schuck's for my 3500. The cost was about $210. Maybe this will help with your JC Whitney products evaluation.

I paid $140 for my Hellwig rear swaybar from Rickson Truck. I put it on my '96 3500 4x2 and then moved it to my new 2001 3500 4x4 and it works great!! Way better than the stock pencil of a rear swaybar.

The price on the sway bar is good but I don't know about the shipping? The other issue is the listing for the 1500/2500 application. Did anyone with a 2500 purchase one? If so, what part no. did you use? I'm more inclined to think the 3500 is the right part no. Thanks, Mike
