Competition Bad day at the track

It all depends on the track conditions, I've gone as low as 20 psi and as high as 40 psi. I usually start around 30-35 and adjust from there. I also pump my front tires up to the max to reduce rolling resistance. I launch in 2wd BTW and I'd only lower the pressures if you are, if you launch in 4wd have the pressures real close to the same front and rear.

Kat, have you tried it and not liked it, or just choose not to do it?

I use 4wd at the track. I have only launched in 2wd once ... which was the very first time I raced. I'm hooked on the 4wd launches. . they are alot of fun... if your not worried bout things breaking possibly. So I leave the pressures just like when I drive in (and the rest of the truck)... .

Thanks Kat,

I am a little nervous about the 4 wheel drive launch, but I guess that is what I am going to have to do also. I'll be heading to the track this Friday for the first time, at least with this truck, so just trying to get all my ducks in a row.
