So I own a 2013 Laramie Longhorn that has been the best Ram I've owned, now maybe close to 15 trucks over the years. I'm now retired. I just rented a new Camary while traveling on business and was amazed at the quality of the rear view camera.

So have any of you tried to polish out the lens on the stock camera? Or. Maybe theirs a updated unit with more clarity? Or you've installed something better?

I'd love to hear your comments and thoughts, I'm sure I might be driving my last truck and would love a better rear view as I back up.

Replace the cam, they are cheap.

But you'll never have the amazing views that a new truck with the 7 cameras have.

Today's systems are really amazing, you can back them in ONLY by the view of the camera on the screen.
