Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Rebel?

I wanted to try to purchase a KDP tab for a friends truck and saw where Rebel has them premade and selling them from the search feature. When I looked up Rebel in the members list and it says that he is banned. If this is so, do any of you members know what his e-mail address is or where else my friend may buy one at? Any and all information is appreciated.
