I'm pretty pleased. My injectors have about 90k on them, so I was wondering if they might be leaking a little. I also seem to have a very slight lost of anti-freeze, so that was something else I was concerned about. I do a lot of rush hour driving and it's nice to see that even w/ all of the idling there is a negligible amount of fuel in the oil.

Note: sorry about the lay out. Hope you guys can figure it out.

I checked my most recent report from Blackstone and the numbers were very similar. My engine at that time had 107K on it. I think we are in good shape. I use Delo also.

Hey Anthony, Merry Christmas. Yeah I think I'm in good shape too. It certainly gives you peace of mind to have these kind numbers. I certainly won't worry about going 5k @ change. This was my first analysis. I think I'll do one every 2-4 oil changes depending on miles at the change interval. Have a happy new year.

i see you have an edge comp -inj turbo------is your auto trans stock-any problems slipping????i am buying soon but dont(cant ) want to do the trans-i want it all:rolleyes:

Mcharlebois,

My transmission is not stock. I have a DTT 89%TC and VB. I did the VB for about 35k w/ inj. & an EZ before I put the comp on. I was pretty careful for about another 35k before I put the TC in. I have almost 30k on the TC and a completely gone over transmission. At 90k when the transmission shop installed the TC, they completely dis-assembled, inspected, and cleaned every part of the transmission. W/ the exception of one part in the over drive, everything was in excellent cond. I'm not recommending you go this route. I'm just letting you know what I did. Maybe I was lucky.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you too Tom. I change my oil at 7500 miles and have had no problems. 5K should be a piece of cake. I did oil analysis on a regular basis for the first 50K miles so I established a good baseline. I now do it every 22. 5K miles. Take care.

oil sampling

By using Blackstone Labs, they have encouraged me to increase my oc interval to 7500 miles. I did this in increments increasing 1000 miles each change. At 7500 miles they said I could go higher but I stopped there.

I use Shell Rotella and Fleetgard filter. Truck has 119k+ miles.
