I've asked before if anyone knew which aftermarket plate a PO installed in my truck, but now I took a picture. Any ideas? There are NO marks (except the little alignment hash mark) or rivets. The bottom half is welded to the top half. Definitely not stock, right?

Thanks!

I'm not sure how shape affects performance. Is mine more aggressive or less aggressive than the two posted there?

Plates

Does any body have a pic of the #12 plate? My 300HP pump from Piers has this plate in it. Normaly the #12 plate is rated at 230hp/605tq, but after piers performs his magic ... . voila 300HP. I was just wondering what the fueling profile of the #12 plate looks like?

I'm guessing it's a #8. The #8 is cut back real close to the vertical. However, what I remember about the #8, the 'bulge' at the bottom isn't as pointed.

I'm also wondering who made it since its welded. Also looks like its been plated. My TST plates were all machined.

Gene, I was thinking the same thing. It looks as though it may be homemade, but is a good job. It may not relate to any TST plate.

That is not like my #8, I looked at mine tonight and the nose is rounder and there are two bumps on the rise, of course all I know is it controls fuel and Piers adjustment works wonders.
