Truck Camper Tie Down Brackets, welded or bolted?

Go Lithium now, stop throwing money on an outdated setup.

I've spent some time researching Lithium and would never go that route. The cost is not equal to their advantage, not by a long shot.

The cost of Lithium has to drop drastically for them to be a viable option... and I'm not opposed to spending some money on batteries, as I run Lifeline 300AH 6V's.

10000 Cycles average - it will be the last battery one buys. Instead of buying new LA Batterys every couple years.
In the long run LiPo wins the race, even cost wise.
Then way faster to charge, they take whatever ones charging system is possible to feed, almost no limit.
Not speaking from only 1/3 of the weight as this is for most here not really a factor, but it is in Pickup Campers.

I'll never go back to LA, and i waited a long time for the LiPos because i was also sceptical about it.

I was under the impression that AGM takes charger made for AGM just like Lithium also needs charger made for Lithium batteries, there is possible a charger made for both types in one charger, I have seen AGM chargers that will charge lead acid battery's.

Na, most chargers today that i know can be switched to several types of batterys, including a setting for LiPo.
If there isn't a setting for LiPo go with Wet Cell, that works good as the voltages are similar and the Lipos will not be overcharged.
Check out https://www.victronenergy.com/ for products from one of the market leaders.

One must know that today, the european camper market switches entirely over to the LiPos all because of its advantages over the Wet Cells or AGM, especially because of the weight that has a crucial role in europe as the common drivers license is limited to 7500lbs Vehicles. And you know, vehicles grow slowly heavier in time, but the red line stays the same since 100 years. So, safe 40lbs in battery is 40lbs more payload.

If these haven’t been mentioned:

For RV: Randy at
BEST CONVERTERS.com.

Site is good, he’s better.

BATTERY-STUFF a good site to read.

LIFELINE or ODYSSEY the two battery brands I’d want.

Consider also your truck “should” have something complementary such that any gear can be used with both vehicles.
