I just purchased Recon's direct replacement 3rd brakelight in all LED. :-laf



Here are some pics the company sent me. I bought the smoked lens.

well, if i didn't have a cap that hid the factory 3rd brake light, i would consider getting this...

So, what is your opinon? Are they brighter than factory or are they TOO bright? I like the picture but I wouldn't want the brake light too bright while braking.

I dont have it yet, but will post when I install it. I dont think you can have a break light too bright. Just my opinion. I have been rearended twice.

I'd thought about the BackOFF kit from Geno's but they are illegal in some states. I might just order a RECON light too. Thanks for the info.

that is what i assumed it was...

Yes those are the cargo lights, which I am being told illuminate the bed 2 times brighter. this will be great for the night time bbq's. .
