Recovering contacts

The wife fried her phone that I have paired to U connect in our 2013 Ram. Is it possible to
recover her contacts & load them on a new phone? If so, how would one go about doing it?

The radio does not save any information off your phone, when paired, it only has access to them.

Depending on carrier and maybe a google account her contacts should be backed up in the cloud! I have Verizon and they are backed up.

If you have an android phone, your contacts should be saved to your google account that you associated to your last phone. All it should take is signing in and everything should download onto your new phone. Again, this is assuming you have an android powered phone.

Yes, it's an HTC one android phone, thank you for the info.

if its an android all of her contacts should be backed up to her gmail account and they will resync when the new phone is activated (assuming she used the same gmail acct)
