I used this in my race car (71 Mach1) running it w/just water. It drop the temp that car ran by 20 deg or so. I have never ran it with anti freeze. I would think it would work the same way.

I ran Red Line's Water Wetter with Prestone II anti-freeze/coolant in a GMC Jimmy (full size) 4x4 I had. It worked very well although, I used the product just after it was first released on the market, so blending the heated (almost boiling) distilled water with the Water Wetter CRYSTALS (to properly disolve the crystals) was a pain in the butt. The newer version is much easier to add.

I haven't tried it in my Cummins ISB although, I've thought about it. As Red Line now produces two versions of the Water Wetter (pink and blue), I asked Dave Granquist (Red Line tech. ) for advice regarding proper selection. The blue is intended for large Diesel engines so I naturally figured he would recommend this one although, he stated the pink version was the proper choice for my Cummins ISB.

I have used water wetter in every engine since the early 90's it does a great job and drops temps about 2-25 degrees in every application. Two thumbs and two big toes up. #ad

keep checking. I read somewhere that it is NOT recommended for diesel appliations but there is another Redline product for us.

I'll try to find my source.
