Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Reflash Question?

My 99 has to go back to the dealer (first time in 3 years) for the Reflash for the cruise control and I was wondering if I need to take the Drag Comp off to have the reflash done? I'm also going to have the High Idle TSB taken care of as well while I'm there along with the speed-o-meter calibration for my 33's. I wouldn't think the Drag Comp would matter since the truck has been out of warranty for some time now and the dealer has know it's there fot many years. I just wasn't sure if I should take it off while they do the reflash or not?
