I am supposedto get my 2000 reflashed tomorrow. according to Bill K,at DTT there is a reflash for stalling,i need the TSB# for it,if anyone has had it done, can you tell me the # and if it helped? Im going ot try to get the cold start 3 on 3 off reflash too, while Im there. Thank you.

Thanks Dave,Ive been there for an hour now, still cant find the reflash on stalling. Stalling wasnt a problem until I aded the tight TC ,and the DD3 injectors, with either one its fine, with both it stalls when you drop it in gear.

Bob,in the 2 yrs ive been a TDR member,Ive asked 3 questions and I ask a valid question, and Im a PITA. Ig you cant help me,or add anything constructive, dont bother replying to my posts. Yes,I am offended by you.

Not Alone.

Snow man you are not the only one to have this problem, My friend has a Y2K and after the DTT up grade, the truck would die when shifting out of drive into reverse or vise-a versa. He's running 275 inj. He had a reflash but does'nt know the number. I would not think there would be a TSB as this is a problem with mostly modified trucks. Try and find a dealer who will work with you ,If you don't have it fixed allready. If not let me know and I will find out more for you. chuck.

SNOW

Stanford Diesel in Stanfordvill NY , the guy is an amazing mechanic, and he has his own semi-bombed 24V 845-868-7822, it's on Rt 82 10miles south of pine plains. and Diesel performance of millbrook, second choice 677-8601, I don't know if they can reflash, but they can do all 24V work, Ruges in Rhinebeck sends all complicated work yo stanfordville

good luck Joe

Thank you guys,I know Im not alone,my Dad's truck stalled bad with DD3's and the 91%,we put DD2's in,and its a lot better now, still stalls about 1 out of 10 times you shift form park to drive,or reverse. I am concerned, mostly because its getting cold out here, and my dodge is my plow truck,I go between forward and reverse 100+ times an hour,it stalls at least 1 out of every 4 shifts, this is not good. Funny how it never does it until the motor warms up,the transmission goes in gear real hard as the fluid gets hot, when cold it goes in smoothly, and clunk free. I used to be a chrysler tech,so I know my service manager pretty good,I was hoiping to get a TSB # to save him time. I guess ,in the worst case, ill have to pull the DD3's for the winter, and put stockers back in,or the transmission again, and put a stock TC in until april.
